I was wondering if something like this would come up. “The past British Empire” includes billions of people from places like India, China, huge swaths of Africa, much of the Caribbean, etc. I almost chose a Nigerian actress for #3 but decided that the spirit of the thread probably referrer to England, Scotland, Wales, Norther Ireland, ROI, etc.
If it was a former colony or protectorate of the British Empire, then it fits.

I was debating whether I could post Lucy Lawless. NZ is still part of the British commonwealth, and Xena was a US production even if it was filmed in NZ with a lot of NZ background and bit actors.
