Except that there have been plenty of cross-overs between shows on different networks, and between shows that aren’t running concurrently, so your rules don’t really make a lot of sense. ---

Since the real Wil Wheaton is on the show, the cast of Big Bang could go on Wheaton’s gaming show in character - it could be simulcast on BBT as well as Tabletop. It’s a little bit of a stretch from the OP’s guidelines, but it’s certainly in-universe for BBT. Czarcasm, have you assembled an advisory committee yet that could let us know if this is an acceptable topic to discuss for 2 or 3 posts? ---
