When I was six or seven I had a tremendous crush on [Adric.](http://www.bbc.co.uk/doctorwho/classic/episodeguide/oohum/images/companion-adric.jpg) I’m lead to understand that much like Wesley Crusher (who I later thought was cute) most people considered Adric insufferable. I thought he was darling. I still have a major thing for nerdy boys with bad hair. Subsequently I horrified my parents by crushing on Michael J. Fox as Alex P. Keaton. Adulating a Reagan supporter was just not done in my family. But he was cute. And I still have a major thing for preppy boys with bad hair. Oh, and I desperately wanted to BE Jason, from Battle of the Planets and rescue Princess from peril at every opportunity. Need I add that I still have a thing for anime boys with bad hair? ---

Hmm… I actually liked watching Three’s a Crowd, for the female lead. Even then, though - I knew the rest of the show stunk on toast. My first 2 crushes were: Bo Duke, especially in the first season when his hair was REALLY blonde. Ricky Schroder on Silver Spoons. Interestingly, I thought Jason Bateman was such a little turd on that show and I didn’t like him. Now, I find him superhot and Ricky…not so much. ---
