You play the part of Basil Fawlty, getting through a day in the life of an ordinary hotel keeper. You start the day with 100 points, and lose points for everything that goes wrong. Go below 0 points, and you’ve lost the game. (Of course, it’s practically impossible to get through the day without going below 0 points.)
