Green Acres. This was one of the most underrated shows of all time.

Twin Peaks season two. Come on, there are so many Peak-heads out there that it would sell like mad. All we are saying is give Peaks a chance.

Too Close for Comfort. A lame show, but I want to freeze frame on Lydia Cornell.

Dukes of Hazzard past season one. The all time perfect Friday show. The week is over, put your brain in neutral and enjoy the car chases and Daisy.

I can’t be the only one who wants to see the complete Carol Burnett Show on DVD.

> [@Otto](#):

> The _complete and total_ MST3K (I can dream)

I can dream too: Doctor Who, box sets for each Doctor. Much better than individual stories.

A lot of good shows mentioned, but I must be the only one who likes The Andy Griffith Show. The first season DVD comes out Nov. 16.
I noticed several people mentioned WKRP, another great show. Here is a link to lots of sound bytes from the show, including opening and closing themes.

The _Southern Exposure_ short lived series which went by the name **Going to Extremes** I think.

That one and **Parker Lewis Can’t Lose** would be on me “buy now” list.

I’ll probably never see any of these on DVD but I can hope:

Flash Gordon cartoon (Filmation)
Live Action Sailor Moon (Subbed)
Complete Batman: The Animated Series
Complete Spider-man ('90’s version)

Seinfeld press release: [DVD Calendar Feature Articles - Metacritic](http://www.tvshowsondvd.com/newsitem.cfm?NewsID=2029)

I’ll add my vote to animated Tick and Max Headroom.

And a massive Doctor Who box set (every episode avialable) on 150 DVDs 😃
(not really, but it would be cool. and I was too lazy to find exactly how many episodes there were, tho I know it was more than 500)

Volume 1 has been out for a few months, and volume two is scheduled for January. Boxed sets, not those crappy one disc releases.

[Doctor Who TV Episode Guide](http://www.bbc.co.uk/cult/doctorwho/episodeguide/index.shtml)

I think my idea of one box for each Doctor would be more feasible.

A couple of old shows I’d _really really_ like to see on DVD:
[_The Life of Riley_](http://www.museum.tv/archives/etv/L/htmlL/lifeofriley/lifeofriley.htm)

Also: _The Bickersons_. It predated _The Honeymooners_ and is basically the same concept, except not quite so sugar-coated.

Both of these shows began on the radio (and as far as I know I have all the extant episodes.) _The Life of Riley_ ran for years and there are lots of episodes still floating around. _The Bickersons_ – I’m not sure how many episodes survived. I’ve only ever seen one – I hope there are more, because it’s pants-wetting material.

The eighties’ _Married: With Children_ is mostly a direct copy of _The Life of Riley_, but they borrowed a few things from _The Bickersons_, too. It doesn’t hold a candle to either.

Spooky to watch [Ed O’Neil’s Al Bundy](http://members.chello.nl/~c.vleeshouwer/al.jpg) so closely matching [William Bendix’](http://www.cowboydirectory.com/B/bendix-wm.jpg) portrayal of Chester Riley, though. What a time-warp.

Holy crap! [_The Bickersons_](http://www.bickersons.com/products.html) is on DVD! Whee!

Most of _Due South_ is available on DVD. The first two sets–covering the years when David Marciano was played Detective Vecchio–have been out for some time. The pilot was not included, there were no “extras” whatsoever, and the packaging was extraordinarily cheesy. But the excellent episodes are there.

The “third season” has just been released. This includes the first half of the episodes featuring Callum Keith Rennie, plus the pilot. Don’t know any details about features or packaging, but the set is on its way from Amazon.ca. (The others are still available as well.)

And _Brisco County_ is among the shows that **must** be released on DVD! I was a fan from the first & caught most episodes multiple times on TNT. Witty & original.

Did anybody here see _Twitch City_? It was a weird Canadian comedy with Don McKellar, Molly Parker & Callum Keith Rennie (again). Plus two guys from Kids in the Hall, playing a talk show host. The explanation for a different guy playing the role in the second series involved a head transplant–even _Due South_ did not get that weird. It was seen briefly in the USA on Bravo TV (with all the “bad words” bleeped out). Extremely media oriented (the “hero” was an agoraphobic who spent all his time watching TV), it would be ideal on DVD.
