Sorry – I missed that the OP mentions three of mine.
If you do include singing, there are lots of others, but the OP already discounts those.
One problem is that syndicated runs of shows tend to truncate the openings, so it’s not obvious (if you haven’t seen the initial run) that there ever was a spoken narration.
Did The Time Tunnel have an opening narration? I think so, but I don’t recall.

There is nothing wrong with your television set. Do not attempt to adjust the picture. We are controlling transmission. If we wish to make it louder, we will bring up the volume. If we wish to make it softer, we will tune it to a whisper. We can reduce the focus to a soft blur, or sharpen it to crystal clarity. We will control the horizontal. We will control the vertical. For the next hour, sit quietly and we will control all that you see and hear. You are about to experience the awe and mystery which reaches from the inner mind to… The Outer Limits.

The current Lifetime series Drop Dead Diva uses a narrated intro to explain the convoluted premise (skinny model dies and comes back in the body of overweight lawyer).
Hardcastle & McCormick used a narration in the first season to explain its premise (Judge hires the last guy he convicted before he retired to help him go after criminals vigilante-style).
