I have relatives who live on a farm about a half hour from Dr. Pol. He was their vet before he became well known, and they have only good things to say about him. They no longer have farm animals so they no longer need his services. mmm ---

Mike Rowe’s “Dirty Jobs” showed a bovine cesarean section. They did it with the cow standing up, using local anesthesia. In this case, they knew the calf was still alive, but it wasn’t going to come out any other way. The one thing missing from all these programs is Smell-o-Vision. ---
