And now strictly unofficially… I believe I hold the record among mods for blandness, and probably am in the running among general posters as well. I’ve been around since rock was invented but this is _the first time I’ve ever been Pitted!_. I can now stand tall, scarred but proud, an equal among equals with fascistic oppressers like **bibliophage, xash, Dr. Matrix, SamClem** and **Ukulele Ike**. But…for _this_?! Somehow it sort of fizzles for sweep and majesty, y’know? Oh well. Officially Pitted, Veb ---

There is a small part of me that wonders… Now keep in mind that we are getting into tin-foil hat territory here and this is only conjecture, I am not accusing anyone of anything, but what if **grienspace** is so sure of **USAMAs** intent because, and again this is only just a what if, **grieny** created the **USAMA** name himself to have something to rant on about? I find it odd that this **USAMA** has posted nary a word. But then, if that were true, then **grienspace** would probably come in as **USAMA** and post something inflamitory to prove himself right. That hasn’t happened yet, so I guess I am likely wrong. But if **USAMA** does do that, it still doesn’t prove anything. Or this could all have come to mind because I have been running a 100+ degree temp for three days now, and am a little addled right now. Oh and Congrats **TVeblen** on the pitting, altho it is a bit of a lame one. ---

YOur choice then was to either learn from you original mistake (taking out a thread vs. email) or not to. YOu still have a choice again. HOpefully you’ll choose wisely. to **Veb** - Back when I ran a correction center, my supervisor was a ‘yeller’. She’d raise her voice and scream at folks on a regular basis. People accepted it w/o complaint. I, OTOH have never been a “yeller”. One day, however, something happened (can’t remember what, doesn’t matter) and I raised my voice. Damn did I hear about it. “You **yelled** at me!!!” it’s the contrast in styles w/in the person that leads to the reaction I think. ---
