Off the top of my head, I recall A thread about shooting (I think) a goat from a cannon. A thread about a food label that says, “This turkey was killed with a sharp knife.” Or something like that. A thread about a big, spherical, metal thing that was rusting away on a campus campus. ---

I think the best thread I ever read here started with a post on Dec 24 about what you’d do if your child was trapped in a burning car and you couldn’t get them out. I think the first response was: “Whoa! Merry fuckin’ Christmas, dude!” and then another was: “Shoot him right between the eyes. It’s the only way to be sure.” ---
