Until there is some other bit of evidence corroborating his story about his phone being seized I’m skeptical. Lindell is involved in the grift and spreading of misinformation around the Big Lie, but I don’t think that he had anything directly to do with the fake electors scheme that the Feds seem to be concentrating on. Also I doubt that the FBI would track him down to a Hardee’s to serve a warrant. Most likely Lindell heard all about how the big boys were having their phones seized and he wanted to assure everyone that he was a big boy too. ---

Although the mental image of him sitting in a drive thru, a man in a black suit reaching into the open window, taking the phone out of his hand saying “yoink,” and dropping a warrant in his lap is pretty damn hilarious. ---

I read yesterday that a spokesperson for the FBI confirmed that a seizure took place at the address specified by Lindell, but would not confirm details or even if Lindell was involved. ---
