It is photoshop, but done very elegantly. I hope it catches on as the default depiction of this ridiculous man. ---

Ja, “photoshop” has become a term for image manipulation beyond the “Photoshop” brand name. Not sure if that is good or bad for Adobe. I use Gimp. I still call my crappy images photoshopped. ---
