# Two short stories im looking for.

I thought they were in an Alfred Hitchcock Presents book, but i havent found it.

Story 1: A guy hides a gun in the toilet tank thinking itll be safe there. The arriving detectives say, “Check the tank. Its always the first place they hide it.”

Story 2: A guy who runs a dump (Or something similar) starts hiding bodies for the mob…leaves the country when the city buys the land and intends to build a set of apartments there. They’ll be excavating the dump first.
