# Two users, same machine

I just e-mailed the webmaster for info, but perhaps I should have asked the question here first. I post on my brother’s computer, and he, apparently, wanting to post here, and finding no way to log off as “alonicist”, posted using that identity. How can we have separate identities on the same computer?

In the bottom righthand corner is a little icon which says Log off. This will clear all cookies and your brother can log on.

Thanks! I hadn’t noticed that logout window before. Now I hope I haven’t gotten into too much trouble by setting up a separate login id on Windows, in the meantime. Oh, well, it will probably come in handy.

Also, if you remember checking, you can just switch the UN and password without logging out. (You really have to make sure to check whose name it is, though.)
