Hence, he has no context for the flagged post or the chance to see that it was already modded. And **Hari** has given no explanation. He never does. And since we have now been told that mods don’t have to explain their actions, even when nobody understands them, I don’t expect **Hari** to explain himself. You would hope at some point he would realize that not taking the time to respond to threads about his modding is counterproductive. It makes him look irresponsible and erodes any trust posters may have left for him. ---

I like some mods as posters and could not care less about others, but honestly people, you are way too invested and care way too much about some glorified hall monitors. Everybody who spends any time here knows the rules and follows them as a simple honor system. If you run afoul, you get corrected and go on with your life, or just waltz off. Big fucking deal. What does it matter one way or another if **Hari** ever apologizes or explains? ---

No it’s not obvious. And you can take it with a grain of whatever you’d like. I’ve linked to it in two other **Hari** threads, you are welcome to look at those for yourself. BTW, I’m still waiting for those top ten threads from your comments in the other thread. Hari did nothing wrong **here**. He’s documented as doing poor moderation in past threads but digging that up now is just you airing a grudge and makes you look bad. ---

I don’t have a grudge against **Hari** , I couldn’t care less about **Hari**. What I care about is his continual modding mistakes and his total lack of taking any responsibility for them. There is a reason he’s at the top of the list for ATMB threads and it’s all on him, not some grudge people hold against him. Most mods have been here years and have rarely had threads complaining about them. Meanwhile, he’s had a several just in his first year and a half. I don’t think he reads any of the threads he gets flags on. I think he reads the flagged post and doesn’t bother to look at the actual thread to check for context or even check the timestamp on flags. The last time he did this it was _almost 24 hours_ after the post had been modded. All this new thread does is show me he hasn’t learned a single thing in all that time. And a big part of that is his “I’m above it all” attitude. ---

There’s no way in hell Hari looked at WE’s note, considered it carefully, decided it wasn’t broad enough, and added an extra note to supplement it. Whether the note **deserved** 2 warnings or not the only reason it actually **got** them is Hari’s slapdash carelessness ---

I think that what people want to say has been said, and folks are going around in circles, and possibly approaching “harassing moderators”. So I’m closing the thread.
