Why are folks in Unverse 2 attacking us? Is it merely a “better them then us” (destroy the other Universe before it destoys us?)

Sometimes exposition is good - Although I suspected some stuff “Willum” Bell said, it was nice to hear confirmation (assuming he isn’t lying)
