The Vietnamese have pho joints.

The Koreans have tofu houses (serving soft tofu soup), and specialty fried chicken places (serving crispy fried chicken to die for).

Chicago is dotted with German bakeries. There are other types of German restaurants, but the most I see are German.

Same here. I’ve even seen one single location, in the space of ten years, go from Beto’s, to Alberto’s, to Berto’s, to Gual Berto’s, to Los Betos. 😛

Cameroonians have omelet stands and grilled fish ladies.  
Indians have dhabas (roadside food stands serving travelers)
