prannock=idiot
It wasn’t “dickless peacock” at all,but couldn’t that also describe our beloved prez?

Yes, gormlessness I would associate with ‘mouth breathing’ and various lights-on-nobody’s-home expressions. Prannock is just sort of a silly person, one who might do silly things, in an idiotic way.
