I think it’s funny how this thread starts off on the wrong premise and heads right off into govt conspiracy/militia/terrorist/right-left whatever wing nana land. If I had a nickle for every handful of militia rebel wanna-bees. :rolleyes: The whole point here is they murdered two people in cold blood for no reason. They will be tried, convicted (based on the accomplice-turned states witness) and most like executed by the state. The Army will process their discharge paperwork and never have another thing to do with them. The Federal prosecutor will monitor the case, no involvement whatsoever. Sheesh, you people have too much time on your hands. :smack: ---

They don’t have to be able to take down the government in order for it to be treason. The sophistication of the militia doesn’t matter. These guys were US soldiers who conspired to overthrow the government, and the fact that they were extremely unlikely to succeed shouldn’t matter in their charges or sentencing. ---
