# Ugh, apparently my family may benefit from the new tax reductions

Yep. I posted something similar in [this thread](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/what-do-you-think-about-obbba-one-big-beautiful-bill-act/1020399/158) where someone posted that they considered their personal financial advantage “pretty nice.”

(Of course, I’m the crazy person who advocates means testing of SS bens…)
