Booted-up my P.C. today and the display is ever-so slightly wobbling. I’m beginning to feel alittle sea-sick. Video card?

Could be monitor  
Or other items on the same curcuit as the monitor

Any fans near the monitor? Anything with a motor? Anything running on power that isn’t normally there, or that has moving parts?

Assuming it’s a CRT monitor, try hitting the degauss button.
