The NYT printed his manifesto, and David Kaczynski, who already had an inkling about why he hadn’t heard from his brother in many years, read it and said, “That’s Ted…Hello, FBI?” Granted, it was not quite the same situation, because Kaczynski demanded publication, but both these guys were willing to talk, is the point. ---

A second man has now been arrested in connection with all five murders. He is 48 years old, and lives in London Road Ipswich. ---
