I have a few of Joel Whitburn’s Billboard chart books and was wondering if there’s any similiar books available in the UK for British charts.

Sort of. I would recommend the following:

[Guinness World Records: British Hit Singles (15th edition)](http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/085112187X/ref=sr_aps_books_1_1/026-0877166-4722867)
