I wondered the same thing. I mean, it’s not a fancy venue and it’s not like Nigel has a massive security operation to prevent saboteurs, but someone at the venue must have been in on it and present to trigger the banner. ---

I’m in the U.K. now and I find it bizarre that there is more coverage of Joe Biden than the U.K. general election. I’ve tried both BBC One and Sky News. BBC Parliament is showing the Scottish Parliament every time I tune in ---

So how have the Conservatives held power for 14 years at this point? Is it the lack of a charismatic Labour Leader? Or did people think they were doing a good job as the UK fell behind the US & EU? ---

Mostly the failure of Labour to present anything more than a feeble Opposition, a lukewarm platform and a series of uninspiring leaders, aided by a rather widespread anti-Labour (and particularly anti-Corbyn) bias in most of the press. I’d be hard-pressed to find anything the Tories have done a "good job"on in the past 14 years.
