# UK nutrition label question (need answer fast)

I think UK nutrition labels list calories like US labels do (as opposed to Aus nutrition labels which lists kilojoules - crazy Aussies!).

Can anyone confirm? If not, I may need to list a kJ - kcal conversion in my trip book. We leave today!

Yes, nutrition labels in Europe (including the UK and Ireland) state energy content in both kJ and kcal.
