# Ultra geeky Star Trek Question. Extremely tough.

In 1974, Lincoln Enterprises published “biographies” of two characters from _Star Trek: The Animated Series_, Lt Arex & Lt M’Ress.

What were the titles of these books, & who was the author?

Does anybody here own a copy?

Hell if I know, but I’d guess the author was Alan Dean Foster.

I found [this site](http://www.well.com/user/sjroby/lcars/index.html) with lots of Trek books, but I didn’t dig deep enough to find the ones you’re looking for.

Odd that the author called his website “danhausertrek” when “danhauser_gate_” would’ve been _waaaaaay_ geekier.
