This is actually FaerieBeth, and I’m having a weird problem. I accessed my account to change the email preference, but now when I log in I get a message that I’m not allowed to view the board. Under my own account, I can’t even get back to my user CP. It doesn’t say banned under my name… ☹ What happened? ---

You may NOT register under a different name. If you have a problem, email a moderator, and we’ll help you out. Registering under a second name is an absolute no-no, it’s called “sock puppetry” and it is a violation of the rules of this board. **FaerieBeth** , you’ve been around for TWO YEARS and you don’t know this??? Consider yourself fined: you are hereby instructed to donate a reasonable sum of money to some charity of your choice. Be grateful that I’m not banning (or suspending) your regular user name, as well. ---

Um, ah, er, my blushes and deep embarrassment. All has been fixed. (For those not in the know, as I wasn’t, **Stonebow** is **FaerieBeth** ’s spouse, so she was just borrowing the email name, she didn’t create a new one. My apologies, **FaerieBeth** , for jumping to conclusions too quickly, it’s been one of those days. (I knew you knew better.) The message for everyone is still: if you have trouble signing on, email a Mod or Administrator, rather than take clever actions to bypass the system. ---

Oh no, **Dex** was quite serous. Since Beth is a fairy (no matter how she spells it,) he would probably make her make a hefty donation to the retired fairy’s home. OK, you were whooshed. Don’t let it happen again.Two whooshes and you get a slap on the wrist with a ruler, and a $50.00 fine. ---
