**Bricker** , my respect for you is certainly on the rise. A truly noble thing it is to be able to rise above partisanship and recognize thruth. In other news, I move that this thread be officially declared dead. I think the OP has been debunked about as well as anything can be. The only thing on its side is some egregious, extra-contexual misquoting. ---
