If only there were some way for you to completely ignore a poster and never have to see anything they write… Fortunately for me, the people on this forum whose opinions I actually give weight to overwhelmingly think I’m great. Pardon me if I don’t give two shits about the negative opinion of someone who I can’t pick out of a crowd. Well, you own description of the whole incident as a “personal vendetta” seems, to me, to be rather precious and something of an overstatement. If **Una** should just get over your mild snark and let it go, then maybe you should just get over her disagreement with you in ATMB, and let it go. Look, you and i probably have a lot in common. We both seem to share similar politics, we can both be pretty blunt and even abrasive, and we both seem to have an inclination to get snarky with people when they say something that we think is stupid. But i’ve learned over the past decade on this message board that one of the worst things that can happen to you is to be thought of as a one-trick pony. I’ve seen it happen to a bunch of people, and they just don’t get taken seriously. I recognize that the Pit is _the_ place for snark and insults on this board, but that doesn’t mean that _every_ post has to be snarky and insulting. And yet that’s how your contributions are starting to appear. I’ve almost abandoned the current mini-rants thread in the Pit because every second post seems to consist of you telling someone else in the thread that they are an idiot for complaining about something. You have over 100 posts in that thread alone, and lots of them are nothing more than snarking on other people’s rants. As i suggested earlier, none of this is breaking the rules, and there’s nothing anyone can do to stop you. If you don’t care about what i think, or about the other critics, that’s fine. Keep doing what you’re doing. If the recent pit thread devoted to you is any indication, there are people here who enjoy it. But, as i suggested in my previous post, while i love reading some good and well-deserved snark, this sort of thing is more interesting when it is reserved for occasions when it’s really appropriate. When it’s all you’ve got to offer, it just becomes noise. That’s my 2c. Take it or leave it. ---

Seriously, just go read the thread I linked and you’ll see why I bothered to Pit her for it. She’s says literally nothing about the discussion and posts \*only \*to tell me I’m an idiot. I am not kidding when I say this: it feels like she’s posting drunk. That’s why I’m calling it a personal vendetta–because it is. Just read the ATMb thread, and yeah, **Una** was clearly there for the express purpose of trying to get in at least one zinger on **SfG**. Hell, she admits in it in 2 subsequent posts. She asked a stupid question in the first place, which amounted to “Why are all these people posting sarcastic crap on a known plagiarists Facebook page?” and then got butthurt when she was told she needed to rent a sense of humor. She should maybe also rent a sense of being a dipshit, in addition to the sense of humor, and maybe see if they’ll throw in a sense of when to keep her fucking mouth shut, too. ---
