I think you should write a really long post about all this stuff, quoting loads of people, and rules, and precedent, with a few metaphors and perhaps some illustrations. Then you should add in some rolls-eyes smilies, because you like them. Add some inane snark for your bestest WOW mates in the whole wide world to wet themselves over, then wobble off to ATMB where you and **Irishman** can multi-quote each other back and forth until you simultaneously cream your pants. I don’t really have a dog in this fight but it seems to me that people trying to one up each other with ever more preposterous and hyperbolic insults is something that predates the internet, probably by millenia. See “yo mama” jokes, for instance. ---

I don’t have a dog\* in this dick\* measuring contest. I kind of “know” both **Una** and **SFG** from having read a few of their posts and ISTM this whole thing has been poorly handled by both; **SFG** initial snark was sophomoric and \*\*Una’\*\*s butthurt reaction to it way over-the-top. Thus the current knife fight in Panama we’re witnessing. Having said that, Christ-On-A-Cracker, what the living fuck are you on about **Miller**? Obviously you’re siding with **Una** on this pitting which is fine by me, as I said I don’t give a crap about the whole shebang but I’ve always thought of you as a pretty level headed guy when it comes to arguments – at least in the ones I’ve either participated with you in thread or others I’ve read you’ve posted to. So I am befuddled by your “definition” of thread-shitting as it appears to have been pulled directly from your ass. Might as well wipe it clean and try a new line of attack that doesn’t involve pretzel-logic. I think his definition is perfectly fine, and rather than being pulled from his ass, is pulled from CK Dexter’s glossary Miller linked to. eta: He even went out of his way to point out that he wasn’t excusing Una’s post as AOK. ---
