So, when I reply to a post I cannot get any of the tags(quote, smilies, italic, etc.) to work. What’s the dealio? ---

I’m not sure why yet, but I’ll play around with it. Those features are all powered by embedded javascript, so there may be a browser setting that needs to be updated. ---

Aha! I got them to work in Firefox by going to Tools \> Options \> Content tab and unchecking Allow Javascript and clicking OK, then going back and re-checking it. Clicked OK again, then reloaded the page. ---

I’m having the problem, both in Firebird and Firefox. I tried **Q.E.D.**'s procedure on the javascript setting, but it didn’t fix it for me. On the display, I get the icon that would appear on the buttons, but the graphics that make it look like a button aren’t showing up. ---

Another thing you can try is dumping your browser cache. For IE, go to Tools \> Internet Options \> General tab and click the Delete button under Browser History. For FF, Tools \> Options \> Privacy Tabs. Click Clear Now and make sure at least Cache is checked on the next page, then click OK. ---
