Cecil doesn’t post often for a couple of reasons: (1) Yeah, he is somewhat lazy and doesn’t like to do work unless he’s paid for it. He’s only paid for his weekly column, and that’s what he does. (2) He’s always been a trifle anti-social. Well, OK, more than a trifle. “Chatting” on a Message Board is just not an activity that would appeal to him. Having said that, his loyal staff keep trying to bug him to do more… if only to read the forum where people say wonderful things about his columns. Cecil seems to be becoming more uncommunicative as the years go by. It’s rather worrying, given the example of Howard Hughes. Ed and the senior staff aren’t Mormons by any chance, are they? ---

Then he wraps a towel around himself. This leads me to the theory that what we see as his bare bottom is really a bare-bottom-duck suit. ---
