When Angie was distracting Junior at the clinic and he started kissing her, he suddenly stopped and said, “You smell like cigarettes” and he knew something was wrong. 😕 Can someone explain how the cigarette smell tipped him off there? ---

In one of the early episodes he saw Angie and Barbie smoking together outside the clinic which set him off thinking they were sleeping together. Of course it’s a pretty big leap to think that the only time she ever smokes is when she’s with Barbie. ---

Since the 2nd season was announced midway through this one, I’ve been assuming that this plot wraps up, ie Big Jim killed, the Dome is lifted and then somehow, somewhere else, the Dome traps a whole new set of characters. Because I don’t think they can drag this one on any longer, it’s just too painful. ---

From the previews it looks like next week the Dome will turn opaque and Chester’s Mill will be subject to eternal night like Lower Uncton. ---

Let’s say that a dome appears on a random spot on earth, then disappears three weeks later, and then randomly appears at some other spot on earth. How much of an impact do you think this would have on people’s willingness to drive even if the odds of driving into a sudden invisible wall are still essentially near zero? ---

I can’t help but compare the two, since they’re both airing so closely, and it does take away from Norris’ performance. For instance, I’m always noticing how short he is compared to everyone else, thanks to Big Jim’s exposition speech. ---
