Which is fine by me - I like “cute” far more that the “standard Hollywood beauty” look. ---

Speaking of women from 70s TV shows, I happened to see an episode of Three’s Company the other night and was reminded how very beautiful Joyce DeWitt was after she got rid of her perm and went for the short hair. Much much better looking than any of the blonde roommates. My two cents. Tamara Tunie, of one of the _Law & Order_ shows (I can never keep them straight). Jill Hennessy, of another _L&O_ incarnation (might have been the original, way back when). Maura Tierney, of _NewsRadio_ and _ER_, and plenty of other stuff. It can’t be possible that Gillian Anderson is underrated, can it? ---

Tamara Tunie plays the medical examiner, Dr. Warner, on SVU and also played a lawyer on the original series. I agree that she is quite lovely. I do not think Jill Hennessy is underrated. It is easy to find cheesecake of her. She was on the original series. Maura Tierney is also very beautiful and probably underrated. Do not know who Gillian Anderson is. ---
