I’m looking forward to the trial, me. White Wolf are going to be destroyed in the courtroom; better than 80% of their “points of similarity” are specious, and the most specific and detailed of them are exclusively either outright lies or misrepresentations. They could well be countersued into bankruptcy over this rather blatant publicity stunt.
So it may well be goodbye, White Wolf. You won’t be missed by anybody who counts.

Okay, White Wolf is suing underworld because…werewolves and vampires battling it out is somehow copyrighted by WW? Sounds like that BS lawsuit Fox News launched againest Al Franken.
Wasn’t there a Howling sequel that had a werewolf fighting it out with a vampire? Likely an eary 1940’s vs. movie as well. So when the hell did Werewolves vs. Vampires become proprietary WW property?

It’s on the limited-release tour. The Varsity in Seattle has it this week, for example. That often happens with low-budget releases; it costs a lot to make a physical print (mid five figures), so they produce a limited number and send it around the country for a period of months. The _Mystery Science Theater_ movie, for example, started with only a dozen copies, and IIRC took almost half a year to make appearances in the top 50 markets, a week or two at a time, before heading to video. So re _Bubba Ho Tep_, watch the calendar at your local repertory house, or give them a call.
