Damn! Well, your realty board sure sucks. Thanks for the update! No new advice to offer, the possibilities were outlined pretty exhaustively up thread. Please do keep us informed. Oh, and best of luck with your financial situation.

> One particularly big annoyance, though: I reported the seller’s agent (her mother) to the Utah real estate board. I gave all the info I’d been given, and got one email asking for more information and clarification. Then a few months later, we got a response- the board found her to be not at fault for the whole, you know, fraud thing. Basically, she skated on it, and I can’t even protest it.

Well ain’t that just the icing on the cake.

I suppose you could sue her, though it’d be a tough case.

Glad work things are settling down a bit.

Oh, no, that’s something that has definitely _not_ happened. I’m working one local job that pays about 2/3rds of what I was making before, and another job that _could_ pay what I’m used to and let me work from home _if_ we can get funding. I’m still actively looking for work… and that’s what’s keeping me from doing much more around the house- why work on it or invest effort into it if I don’t know if we’re going to stay here?
