# Unemployment: Day Job & PT Self-Employment

I’ve got a salaried day job and a small side business (sole proprietorship) in the used book trade.  
The side job probably grosses about $20K per year and nets around $5K.  
If I were to lose my salaried position, would my business render me ineligible for unemployment benefits?
