I could see paying $100 a night or maybe $150. I wonder how many people book it. Maybe he’s selling due to a lack of guests.

Last year there was a [lighthouse up for GSA auction somewhere in the Chesapeake Bay](https://gsaauctions.gov/gsaauctions/aucdsclnk?sl=PEACH417027001). It got bid up to $96,000 and the listing is closed but I can’t tell if it was actually sold or not. There’s a residence built-in to it and I thought it might make an interesting B&B.
