# Universal Serial Bus

I have NT 4.0 and want to use speakers that use a USB connection. can nt 4 recognize usb devices? if so where do i get drivers so that i can do that?

Making the move to Win2000 would seem to be your best bet overall to keep NT4 functionality and have better USB compliance.

I have an iMac, and as you know, iMacs are pretty USB-centric. But the word I hear is that USB speakers aren’t quite there yet. It depends on your system, the drivers, etc. I would stay away from USB speakers for a while, until they become more mainstream.
