salwar kameez - Indian dress which generally consists of trousers and a tunic top. However, all the ones I own appear to have rather low cut necks. Still, no chance of arse-cleavage pictures at least. ---

Camdeb Tup’s pretty good, if colonised by wankers from Food Records (Parlophone? They certainly used to treat it as a local). Certainly handy for me, although I may be landed with a rotten peach of a job in Slough that week so can’t say for sure if I can make it yet. Have been recommended a place called The Two Brewers (Monmouth Street, Covent Garden) as a decent “normal” pub, plan to test it this Sunday with some mates - I shall report. Also has the benefit of being round the corner from Freud’s, an underground dive whose claim to fame is that they serve a very generous pint of cocktail for a fiver. Reading on the 17th possible, but given that I’m only back from Warrington on the 16th I doubt another public transport trek will be that enticing… ---

Just chimeing in to say the 24th is fine with me. As I’m off to the US for the next week, I’ll just have to let the venue discussion (never mind the clothing one) continue without me and go with what you all decide. But Camden’s particularly easy for me. I’ve drunk in The Two Brewers twice - nothing terribly memorable. Know where Freud’s is, but I’ve never been in. You’ve now got me intregued about the place.
