# unread message error

I have a notification for an unread message, but I’ve read the message several times and it won’t clear out. Just thought someone might want to know.

Clear your cookies and internet cache. That should take care of it.

I’m getting the same problem. I can’t delete PMs either. I tried clearing cookies & cache and it didn’t help. I’m using Firefox 2.

I’m using 3 and after clearing my cache it fixed the problem - **STT** you may want to upgrade versions.

It fixed itself now.
