I got a bunch of these off my iPod, and thought of a few more, mostly because I spent a good chunk of my life in various states of unrequited love and some of these are the songs I listened to: \*\*Beautiful \*\*by James Blunt \*\*Eternal Flame \*\*by the Bangles **These Words** by Natasha Bedingfield (though it’s unrequited mostly because she can’t bring herself to express it) **If I Was Your Woman** by Gladys Knight and the Pips **You’re So Damn Hot** by OK Go **In My Eyes** by Stevie B **Hooked on You** by Sweet Sensation **They’re Playing our Song** by Trinere - “So far you’ve danced with every girl but me…” **Time After Time** by Timmy T -why, yes, I like 80’s freestyle dance music, do you have a problem with that? 😉 **To Bring You My Love** and **Send His Love To Me** by PJ Harvey - I think these songs go together, and not just 'cause they’re on the same album. **Wicked Game** by Chris Isaak - What a wicked thing to say You never felt this way… **Wishing (If I Had a Photograph of You)** by A Flock of Seagulls **Now** by Edie Brickell and New Bohemians **The Flame** by Cheap Trick **#1 Crush** by Garbage **Lovefool** by the Cardigans ---

Talk about making a depression even worse! I did learn one thing from that would-be relationship, though. If you’re going to find out you don’t have a choice, having a nasty case of flu with a fairly high fever does dull the initial pain. ---
