A key piece of evidence is that one of the keys that’s being used to prove it’s Satoshi is using ciphers that were only added to the key generator after bitcoin was public so the key was almost certainly generated after the fact and backdated. Fusion IO has [done some reporting on the matter](http://fusion.net/story/243056/alleged-bitcoin-creator-craig-wright/). ---

The article essentially indicates that the Australian gov. decided that BitCoins were income, not investment, and that those who had them must pay taxes. He’s wanted for tax fraud and maybe money laundering. ---
