I live in Raleigh NC area. Demand for houses is above supply. Only good thing is my place will sell fast too. Many houses here are selling 1 or 2 days after listing. Even areas that are far from most jobs are selling fast. You pretty much have to offer right after you see the house, preferably the same day. I saw a place today and will make my offer today. ---
