All I can say is I hope David Eckstein is paying attention to this case. Right now he is second in All-Star voting for short stops in the National League behind Nomar Garciaparra who has only has 51 at bats this year for an average of .157. If Nomar wins the honors, according to Jacque here, Eckstein could bring the case right to the supreme friggin’ court. Woo hoo! Let’s sue! Good for me! Good for you! ---

Croteau, what makes you think that Hockey Canada _should_ be accountable to a federal court in this case? How are your son’s human rights being infringed just because he wasn’t voted MVP? ---
