# US Navy gets new aircraft carrier

I know. Before you know it, they’ll be giving weapon systems innocuous sounding names, like “Cherry Blossom”, or sumthin’. (Too soon?)

It would have to have a joint Army and Air Force use as well.

They may indeed have developed the [cherry blossom](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yokosuka_MXY7_Ohka) first, but we followed up with the [daisy cutter,](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BLU-82) so it’s not just them…
