Another followup, today, May 24, which is [Christian Glass remembrance day](https://coloradosun.com/2023/05/24/christian-glass-police-shooting-governor-jared-polis/).

The family settled with several police agencies and the state for $19 million. As part of the settlement officers from several agencies will be required to receive additional deescalation training; a mental health crisis response team will be created in Clear Creek County; and officers will also receive training on intervening with other officers (even from other agencies) when those officers are behaving badly.
