I’m at the hospital with my mom (not where I wanted to be for Super Bowl Tuesday). I see Abdul is ahead by about 10 with about 18% reporting. Can someone give me an idea of what they’re saying about this race? Are the projections still looking good for him? ---

We have a weekly protest of Trump and ilk here in little Black Mountain NC every Monday. Anywhere from 50 to 100 folks standing on the street corner holding our signs. The response from passers-by has been more and more positive over the last few months, and the air this past Monday was absolutely electric. Can’t wait for our celebration next week. ---

It looks like most of the votes that haven’t been counted yet are in the big cities, though, so I’d expect more blue votes soon. ---

I’ve been watching the incredibly low numbers for Republicans everywhere. No doubt whatsoever in my mind that millions of Republicans are simply staying home. They aren’t switching parties; they’re just furious and disgusted at the current scene. ---
