Oh, with 50.8 reporting in MI, Abdul’s lead is just 1.7. I know Wayne County has a lot of numbers to drop yet, but this is way too close for my poor GI system. ---

Apropos of nothing, but CNN’s Kaitlin Collins says that [Trump is blaming the losses on the candidates](https://www.cnn.com/2026/11/03/politics/video/white-house-blames-trump-backed-candidates-digvid-vrtc), because Republicans turn out better when he’s on the ballot. So, rather than admit that his “pretend I’m on the ballot” speeches were ineffective and fell flat, he’s taking the attitude of “I know I said to pretend I’m on the ballot, but it was the candidates who screwed things up, because I’m still awesome.” ---
