Yes. It does. Right now there’s a second Republican running with 2% of the vote and Doppelganger Dan with 1.6% so if these results hold she’d almost certainly lose the runoff. ---

I got word that a couple polling places in Clark County NV are still open. Must have had some technical problem. But that’s why no votes counts released there. ---
