I set the jelly down carefully in the fridge and went for a run. Sometimes I run away from responsibility of feeding my child, but this time I was all set. After I got back, the jelly had not set (it was still runny), so I set myself up for a shopping trip (though it meant I would have to use the rat run). ---

There are a number of set phrases in grammar for example this sentence is called a run on sentence.
